Your subscription is managed in My F‑Secure. Log in and click Renew now
to renew your subscription.
Do you know that you can renew your subscription also through the product?
Open your product and go to subscriptions in the menu. Click the button and follow instructions.
You can renew by purchasing a license code and simply entering it in the product. Choose your product and continue to the renewal page.
Finding out differs between product and what device you are using. The easiest way is to find the product icon or product on your device and hover over with the mouse icon. We have compiled a step-by-by step guide that you can follow.
If you want to buy TOTAL, SAFE or ID PROTECTION after your free trial, you need to log in to My F‑Secure and click Buy now
in the upper right corner.
If you want to buy FREEDOME VPN, open the app and go to Subscription
from the menu.
Click the product below and choose the platform you want to install on and follow the instructions.
If you have forgotten your password to My F‑Secure, you can click Forgot my password
on the login page and follow the instructions to reset your password.
If you have forgotten which email address you used for My F‑Secure as well as your password, you need to contact our support for help.
Log in to My F‑Secure and go to Account settings
in the dropdown menu where your name is. Type in your new email address in the field where it says Your F‑Secure email address
and click Save changes
. Done!
If you have opted to renew your subscription manually, you need to first renew your existing subscription with the same license number. After renewing your subscription, you can click on the Buy more
button in My F‑Secure to increase the license number.
If you have an automatically renewing subscription, log in to My F‑Secure and click on the Buy more
button to increase the license number.
If you are unsure of what renewal type you have, you can find that information by logging in to My F‑Secure, clicking the Subscription
button and looking for Renewal

If you have an automatically renewing subscription, you can cancel your subscription by logging in to My F‑Secure and clicking the Subscription
button. Under the Manage your subscription
, select I want to Cancel auto-renewal
and click on Cancel your subscription
. This will cancel any upcoming renewals.
If you have opted to renew your subscription manually, the subscription will be automatically cancelled if you do not manually initiate the renewal before the expiry date.
