There are versions of FlexiSPY available for Symbian, Windows Mobile, and Blackberry Operating Systems.
Current versions of the software are not classified as malware as it is not malicious towards the phone's operating system software.
However, if installed by a third party without the knowledge of the phone's primary user, the use of FlexiSPY may itself be malicious or illegal depending on applicable laws.
