Your credit card is used to process your monthly commitment and any subscription fees. It ensures uninterrupted service from day one—there are no setup fees, and you're only charged for created subscriptions or your minimum monthly commitment. Your payment details are handled securely, and you can update them at any time from your Horizon console.
You pay for the subscriptions you create, or your minimum monthly commitment, whichever is higher. A subscription is created by you in F‑Secure Horizon; it activates when your customer installs F‑Secure Total on at least one device. F‑Secure handles the welcome email, installation reminders and 24/7 consumer support at no extra cost.
F‑Secure Horizon offers flexible monthly commitments with no long‑term lock‑ins. You can scale your subscriptions up or down as your business grows.
No setup fees for either tier. You pay only for created subscriptions or the minimum monthly commitment—€99 for Horizon Essentials, €999 for Horizon Business
If your created subscriptions don't reach your monthly commitment—whether €99 for Horizon Essentials or €999 for Horizon Business—you'll be billed for the minimum amount. However, we'll work with you to grow and adjust your plan as your business evolves—flexibility is core to the Horizon model.
Both tiers give you full access to the F‑Secure Horizon platform and let you sell the same F‑Secure Total products. Horizon Essentials (€99/month) includes console‑based subscription management, while Horizon Business (€999/month) adds Subscription API access—letting you create, manage, and terminate subscriptions programmatically through your own systems. Sign up for Horizon Essentials through our online sign‑up and upgrade to Horizon Business at any time from your Horizon console.
Once you've signed up and been approved as a Horizon Essentials partner, you can upgrade to Horizon Business directly from your Horizon console. After upgrading, you'll receive access to a sandbox environment where you can build and test your API integration before going live. In the meantime, you can continue creating and managing subscriptions manually through the Horizon Activate module—so there's no disruption to your business while you integrate.
The sandbox is a testing environment available to Horizon Business partners. It lets you develop and validate your Subscription API integration—including creating, managing, and terminating test subscriptions—without affecting live customer data. Once you're confident your integration works as expected, you can go live. During the integration period, you can continue selling and managing subscriptions manually through the Horizon console.
