Overview
The "only pay shipping" scheme is a common scam pattern where a product is advertised as free, but then the victim is asked to pay an inflated shipping fee, or is asked to pay shipping in advance for a product that never arrives. These scams are common on buy-and-sell marketplaces, and social media.
