F-Secure Anti-Virus detects a third party installation package as TrojanDropper.DOS.Utter as it was used to spread infected files in the past. But there exist a few innocent files packed with this installation package that are detected as well (for example a Mario game that is 66055 bytes long).
The original infected installation package size was 341211 bytes and it contained Win32.HLLP.Yai virus.
Depending on the settings of your F-Secure security product, it will either automatically delete, quarantine or rename the suspect file, or ask you for a desired action.
More information on the scanning and removal options available in your F-Secure product can be found in the Help Center.
