Titch is a simple Word 97 virus. It replicates when a document is opened. The virus drops a file "c:\titch.tmp" and uses it to store temporary the virus code when replicates.
Titch contains the following string on the top of its code, but never shows it:
'Titch 'An experiment in Macro programming ;) 'Minimum stealth, no encryption, No payload, No mail replication 'If you had looked you could have found and deleted it but.. 'You probably never knew it was here!
Based on the settings of your F-Secure security product, it will either move the file to the quarantine where it cannot spread or cause harm, or remove it.
