Interruption in receiving e-mails with attachments fixed
The database update fixing the issue was released to all customers at UTC 10:23 on Tuesday, January 26, 2010 and all e-mail traffic is now running normally.
If you suspect that you have not received an e-mail with an attachment between the mentioned times, please check that you have the latest spam database update number 2010-01-26_01. Then by clicking the Send/Receive function in your e-mail client, you should receive all e-mails that did not arrive during the interruption in service.
We apologize for any inconvenience caused by the interruption in the e-mail service. The interruption only affected receiving e-mails with attachments. It did not affect the sending of e-mails or receiving e-mails with no attachments.
