Getting started with Elevate to F-Secure
If you have purchased an Elevate to F-Secure subscription, you can see the subscription and elevation token balance in Elements Security Center under Endpoint Detection and Response > Subscriptions:
To elevate an incident:
- Under Endpoint Detection and Response, select Detections on the sidebar.
- Under Elevate to F-Secure, select Elevate:
A confirmation screen opens showing the available token balances:
After you confirm the incident, it is elevated and processed by F-Secure Threat Analysts.
