Company managed

I'm a customer managing F-Secure Elements for Microsoft 365 for my own company:

  1. Create the first administrative account using https://elements.f-secure.com/self-register
  2. After creating administrative account, use F-Secure Elements Security Center to administer the product
  3. If you need additional administrative accounts, use the Manager for Microsoft 365 in F-Secure Elements Security Center to create them.
Partner managed

I'm a partner managing F-Secure Elements for Microsoft 365 on-behalf of my customers:

In order to activate your NFR (Not-for-resale) license follow these steps to create the first administrative account:

In order to activate a license for a company which we manage on a customer's behalf:

  • If the end customer will not need to access F-Secure Elements Security Center the company will be automatically visible in F-Secure Elements Security Center under the partner's account shortly after ordering so no further action is needed.
  • If the end customer will need access to F-Secure Elements Security Center you can either:
    1. Ask the customer to register their license key at https://elements.f-secure.com/self-register and ensure that they leave the "restrict access to partner" unchecked if they want the partner to be able to access and manage the product on their behalf
    2. Use the Manager for Microsoft 365 in F-Secure Elements Security Center and select a single organization to create an account for the end customer for that specific company
