Our aim is to make hiring process as smooth as possible for you. You can apply directly for any of the open jobs published here by attaching your CV and application letter or your LinkedIn profile. Alternatively, you can leave an open application in our global candidate database which we search when looking for a certain types of skills or profiles.
Once you have completed and sent your online application you will receive an automatic email confirmation. Talent Acquisition and hiring manager will go through the applications and shortlist candidates for an interview. We may conduct several interview rounds before a final selection is made and keep you updated throughout the process. We want to ensure that your expectations, competence and profile meet requirements and culture so that we can build a successful future together.
All applicants are contacted at the latest when the selection has been made. The duration of the recruitment process may vary and for this reason we are unable to give you any estimate as to how long it will take to receive the information on the final selection but we aim to inform you as soon as possible and you can always ask is about your status too. Reference check is conducted for all hired candidates and depending on a position also security clearance may be required.
We are improving our on-boarding constantly to help our New Fellows get settled well and being able to help our customers to work in a better and more secure digital world. Our on-boarding is combination of digital, on-site and virtual sessions.
