F-Secure Policy Manager for Windows, version 8.00
We are happy to announce a new version of F-Secure Policy Manager.
What is new in this version?
Version 8.00 provides central management for new F-Secure Anti-Virus for Windows Workstations 8.00 and F-Secure Client Security 8.00.
F-Secure Policy Manager 8.00 is for the following operating systems:

F-Secure recommends all F-Secure Policy Manager customers to upgrade to version 8.00.
Please note that the following functionalities have been removed from 8.00 compared
to 7.21
- F-Secure VPN+ is no longer supported
- F-Secure FileCrypto is no longer supported
- F-Secure Anti-Virus Client Security 5.x is no longer supported

F-Secure Policy Manager Proxy
F-Secure Policy Manager Proxy is a local proxy server that is used in remote offices to download definition updates from F-Secure Policy Manager Server or directly from F-Secure to each workstation.
Implementation phase is very fast as F-Secure Policy Manager Proxy can be remotely managed and deployed from F-Secure Policy Manager Console. With the proxy, remote office workstations are updated more rapidly against the latest threats, and network bandwidth can be used more efficiently for business use.
