VBS/LoveLetter and related viruses need to the have the association
for the VBS extension to the Windows Scripting Host (WSH) to spread.
If this association is removed, you will not be able to execute
VBScripts by double-clicking them any longer.
Follow the instructions given below to remove the VBS extension from
the list of known types in Windows 2000.
1. Open "My Computer"
2. Select "Tools/Folder Options"
3. Find "VBScript Script File" from the "File Types" tab.
4. Select "Delete".
5. If you get a confirmation dialog, select "Yes".
Now the VBS association is removed.
