You can uninstall Drever.D by uninstalling the SIS file in which Drever.D was installed from using application manager

1. Open the application manager
2. Uninstall Drever.A.sis
3. Download and install F-Secure Mobile Anti-Virus

Payload Drever.D drops non-functional copy of the Simworks Symbian Anti-Virus. This non-functional copy overwrites the original file, preventing the software from working.
