Summary

This is a small DOS-based trojan. When run it outputs a message in Dutch:

 If you want to see desirable ladies, quickly press <Enter>

When 'Enter' key is pressed the trojan outputs another message (blinking) also in Dutch:

 A dirty guy is working on this computer !!!!!

and starts to output siren-like sounds through PC speaker. The system has to be reset as the trojan loops.
