This is a simple encrypted virus. When installing itself, it turns
off all VSAFE's warning (usually viruses just unload VSAFE).
The virus stays resident in the interrupt vector table in low system
memory. For this reason, there is no decrease in available system
memory. The virus may crash the PC occasionally, especially with local
area networks.
COMPIAC activates once every hour, rebooting the PC.
COMPIAC was found in the wild in Turkey in April 1996.
