This article describes the following issue in F-Secure Internet Security 2010:the automatic upgrade to F-Secure Internet Security 2010 starts even though the operating system in use is Windows 2000 which is not supported by the product.
In some extremely rare cases, the automatic product upgrade, a.k.a channel upgrade, to F-Secure Internet Security 2010 starts even though the operating system in use is Windows 2000. The attempt to upgrade results in an error because Windows 2000 is not supported by F-Secure Internet Security 2010.
To solve the problem, contact our technical support (http://www.f-secure.com/en_EMEA/support/home-office/contact-support/) and give them your subscription code. The support will then make sure that the automatic channel upgrade will not be enforced on your computer.
