Problem description

When browsing protection is on, it blocks your access to harmful websites. However, in rare circumstances, Internet Explorer might crash when you visit a website that you consider legitimate.

Solution

To solve the issue, turn off browsing protection and check if you can open the page.

Warning! Do not do this if you are visiting a site that the F-Secure product has rated suspicious or harmful.

To access the website:

  1. To open the product:
  2. On the main page, click Settings.
  3. Select Internet > Browsing protection.
  4. Clear Web site contains an exploit:

    Browsing protection settings
