[15073] Online game stops working after product installation
Summary
This article provides information about the following issue in F-Secure Internet Security 2010: an online game stopped working after installing the product.
Problem description
You have installed the product successfully on your computer, but after the installation you notice that an online game is not working anymore. This could be caused by the advanced process monitoring being enabled.
Solution
To solve the problem:
- To open the product, select one of the following options:
- In Windows XP or Vista: click the Show hidden icons icon to show the Windows system tray icons and double-click the product status icon.
- In Windows 7: click the caret to show the Windows sytem tray icons and double-click the product status icon.
- On the main page, click Settings.
- Select Computer > DeepGuard.
- Clear Use advanced process monitoring:

- Click OK.
