Hallmark Greeting Card hoax

The hoax message looks like this:

 The subject was: "Tag" and the the message body is:

 let's all get wasted together and have the time of our lives.

 There was a binary attachment which seems to be from hallmark
 (the card developers). A nice animation is shown of a dog who
 taps on the screen and says: "Tag your it! forward this to
 everyone and keep the chain alive" or something.

 I scanned the file with 4 AV's but they say it was clean. Then
 my Internet explorer wouldn't start anymore. So apparently this
 program wrecks your Internet Explorer (and maybee some different
 programms)

The described greeting card exists, but it doesn't do anything destructive. The clean file info is given below. If you receive a different version please send it to our sample submission address for analysis.
