The Support Web is designed to be a self-help tool, including frequently asked questions, troubleshooting, virus removal instructions, software hot fixes, software upgrades and so on.The structure is re-designed for ease of use. Desired information can be found in several ways: you can search for information from a drop down menu on the front page or browse to the correct section using buttons in the left and top of the page. The search functions include standard and advanced searches.
