Still having problems with the Klez worm? As a way to measure improvement of our services, and especially to help home users to use F-Secure's products, we have produced an online video that shows you how to remove Klez from your computer. The video shows you, step by step, how to install all the necessary components, and work your way through to get rid of this tenacious virus, which with all its current variants has already been running wild since 26th of October 2001.Even though the video has been made for removal of Klez, it can be useful for removing any other worm or virus as well, as it shows clearly how F-Secure Anti-Virus™ works. To give the most efficient help to all non-technical people who have possibly discovered a virus in their system for the first time, the assumption is that there is no antivirus program currently installed in the computer. In the video, F-Secure Anti-Virus 30-day trial version is then installed and updated, and used for scanning the hard disk.The video is currently only available in English, but other language versions may be produced if the feedback proves it to be worth it for our customers.
