F-Secure Online Solutions Partners with NordNet To Bring Security Solutions to France

Helsinki, Finland - June 11, 2001

F-Secure Online Solutions (F-SOS), a leading provider of centrally managed security services, and NordNet, a leading French Internet Service Provider (ISP), today announced that they have signed an agreement concerning security services. NordNet will provide Anti-Virus as a managed service to its consumer customers in France.

Based in Lille and part of the Wanadoo Group, NordNet provides high-speed and high-quality Internet services for consumers and corporate customers in France. NordNet will launch a managed Anti-Virus service, under the name Securitoo, to its customers in July. The service will also be provided to the 4 million customers of Wanadoo(tm), the leading French Internet portal, also part of the France Telecom Group.

Offering automated security services enables end users to receive Anti-Virus signature updates transparently when connecting to the Internet. This automated and frequent update mechanism increases protection against viruses, worms and Trojan horses.

The new services will be delivered through automated distribution technology for provisioning of installation and software updates, coupled with F-SOS support services. Service Providers and their customers are expected to be the first to take advantage of F-SOS's security services.
