Appointments at F-Secure

Espoo, Finland - March 15, 2001

The following units comprise the key functions of F-Secure Corporation as of March 13, 2001:

Worldwide Sales Operations, Managed Security Solutions, Wireless Security Solutions, Customer Advocacy and Fellow Services, Internal Service Unit.

Jari Holmborg, has been appointed Senior Vice President of the Worldwide Sales Operations Unit. The unit includes global sales with all support functions. Anthony Gyursanszky, has been appointed Vice President, Managed Security Solutions Unit. Ilkka Starck, continues as Vice President of the Wireless Security Solutions Unit.

The Customer Advocacy Unit represents the technical and business needs of the customers inside the company. The Unit will continue to be managed by Jim Abrams, Vice President. Markku Pirskanen, continues to manage the Fellow Services Internal Service Unit as Chief Financial Officer.
