Subscription of F-Secure shares with F-Secure 1998, 1999 II, 1999 III and 2002 warrants

A total of 980,498 F-Secure shares were subscribed for with the C warrants attached to the F-Secure 1998 Warrant Plan. A total of 277,308 F Secure shares were subscribed for with the 2001B warrants, with the 2001C warrants, with the 2001D warrants, with the 2002A warrants and with the 2002B warrants attached to the F Secure 1999 II Warrant Plan. A total of 27,498 F-Secure shares were subscribed for with the 2001D warrants and with the 2002B warrants attached to the F-Secure 1999 III Warrant Plan. A total of 25,000 F-Secure shares were subscribed for with the A1/A2 warrants attached to the F-Secure 2002 Warrant Plan. The issue of the 1998 Warrant Plan was approved by the Annual General Meeting of April 30, 1998, the issue of the 1999 II and 1999 III Warrant Plan was approved by the Annual General Meeting of August 10, 1999 and the issue of the 2002 Warrant Plan was approved by the Annual General Meeting of March 27, 2002, respectively.

In aggregate the number of shares was increased by 1,310,304. The corresponding increase in the share capital, in total EUR 13,103.04 was registered in the Finnish Trade Register on April 11, 2005. As a result of the increase, the share capital of F-Secure currently is EUR 1,509,817.42 and the total number of shares is 150,981,742. F Secure received as additional shareholders' equity a total of EUR 419,565.36.

The holders of the new shares are entitled to all shareholders' rights from the registration day. The Company has submitted an application for the new shares to be listed on the Helsinki Exchanges together with the other Company shares. The trading with the new shares will commence on April 12, 2005.

The subscription period for the C warrants of the F-Secure 1998 Warrant Plan began on 1 April 2002. The subscription period for the 2001B warrants began on 1 July 2002, for the 2001C warrants on 1 October 2002, for the 2001D warrants on 1 January 2003, for the 2002A warrants on 1 April 2003 and for the 2002B warrants on 1 July 2003 of the 1999 II Warrant Plan. The subscription period for the 2001D warrants began on 1 January 2003 and for the 2002B warrants on 1 July 2003 of the 1999 III Warrant Plan. The subscription period for the A1 warrants began on 1 November 2003 and for the A2 warrants on 1 November 2004 of the F-Secure 2002 Warrant Plan, respectively.
