F-SECURE APPLIES FOR LISTING OF 1998 B-WARRANTS ON THE MAIN LIST OF HELSINKI EXCHANGES

Espoo, Finland - March 15, 2001

F-Secure has applied for listing of the B-warrants of the F-Secure 1998 Option Plan on the main list of the Helsinki Exchanges starting on April 2, 2001.

In connection with the 1998 Option Plan, 4,200,000 B-warrants were issued. Each B-warrant entitles holders to subscribe for one F-Secure share at a price of EUR 0.113717. The subscription time for B-warrants ends March 31, 2004. In aggregate the B-warrants entitle holders to subscribe for 4,200,000 shares.

In connection with the 1998 Option Plan, a total of 12 million warrants were issued. The warrants are divided into categories A, B and C. In aggregate 3,600,000 C-warrants were issued. Each warrant currently entitle holders to subscribe for one F-Secure share at a price mentioned above. C-warrants entitle holders to subscribe for shares from April 1, 2002 to March 31, 2005.
