Indian broadband service provider shows way forward with fresh thinking in data security provision

Today F-Secure Corporation and Reliance Communications announce a partnership deal in India to provide data security services for Reliance Communications customers. F-Secure will provide its F-Secure® Service Platform for Consumers - a solution that allows ISPs to offer their residential and small office customers a complete, award-winning security solution that protects their computer day and night against viruses, external attacks, harmful content and spam. With Service Platform for Consumers, Reliance Communications can now offer safe Internet experience for their fast growing broadband customer base.

Reliance Communications is the leading Broadband service provider in India to partner with F-Secure and offer security as a value added service integrating the offering into monthly Internet package. This represents a pioneering step in the field of security service offering, overstepping the usual limitations of retail security products.
