Dispute between F-Secure and SRV

F-Secure Corporation has been informed about the summons that SRV Viitoset OY has submitted to Helsinki District Court on 31.12.2003. As of yet, the summons has not been served to F-Secure. Based on news in Helsingin Sanomat SRV demands ca. 800 000 euros with interest on the construction work done to the office building rented by F-Secure. F-Secure has conducted negotiations with SRV during the project and has denied SRV's right to separate compensation already before the construction work under dispute was started. In F-Secure's opinion the work under dispute is covered by the original rental agreement.

The impact on F-Secure's financial result from any possible payments to be paid pursuant to this claim will be periodized for the duration of the rental period until at least the year 2010.
