Remuneration of the Board

The remuneration of the Board are decided by the Annual general meeting. According to the decision of the AGM 2012 the annual compensation for the chairman of the Board is EUR 55,000, for the chairmen of Executive and Audit Committee EUR 40,000 and for members EUR 30,000. Approximately 40% of the annual remuneration will be paid as company shares.

Remuneration of the CEO and management

The Board of Directors decides on the remuneration and other benefits of the CEO. The CEO also belongs to the Company's long-term incentive program. The Board of Directors decides on the remuneration and other benefits of the Leadership Team.
