The Linux Security 9.20 supports integration with F-Secure's PSB (Protection Service for Business) solution, which provide security as a service. PSB allows administrators to centrally manage the computers from any location using the PSB web portal.

F-Secure Linux Security 9.20 Hotfix 2 (May 14, 2013)

Related to security advisory FSC-2013-2.

The third-party components, Tomcat web server and Java run-time environment (JRE), are used only to support a Web user interface for product administration purposes. This hotfix updates these components to the most current versions released by their vendors at the time of development, respectively Tomcat version 7.0.37 and JRE version 7 update 15. For more information about the vulnerability, refer to Security Advisory FSC-2013-2. See the release notes for this hotfix.

F-Secure Linux Security 9.20 Hotfix 1 (October 10, 2012)

This hotfix solves a problem in handling multiple concurrent file system mount operations, which could result in the system being unable to mount or unmount file systems until reboot. The hotfix is intended for installations using RedirFS kernel module for on-access scanning. The default Dazuko kernel module does not suffer from the issue.

Note: Restart is required after installing this hotfix.

This hotfix solves the following product issue: RedirFS-based implementation of real-time (on-access) scanning in Linux Security products will not work on non-root filesystems.

We recommend that you upgrade the product to version 9.12. This hotfix is provided for installations where upgrade is not possible.
