Three levels of support
F-Secure provides different levels of support services to match your needs. Standard support is included in all our licenses. Silver and Gold support are purchased separately.
Standard support
The F-Secure website contains several online tools. Knowledge base is a comprehensive collection of known issues and suggested solutions for all supported products. F-Secure Labs provide online tools such as HealthCheck, Online Scanner and EasyClean.
Phone and e-mail support are available during business hours. The primary contact is your reseller, the secondary is the F-Secure Call Center.
Malware removal assistance is available as part of the support services. The assistance includes advice on how to use and configure F- Secure products and malware removal tools.
Silver support
Silver Support gives you priority access to advanced support with an F-Secure expert. It also includes quarterly review calls and home user licenses for employees at a discounted price.
As a silver support customer you are also eligible for F-Secure's critical account process to solve urgent issues.
Gold support
Gold Support includes the components of Silver and Standard Support, with the addition of phone support is available 24 hours every day in English. With Gold Support you get your own Technical Account Manager and your own email address to F-Secure support. Gold Support also includes annual quality meetings and an annual Policy Manager review on site.
