How to check that my databases are up to date
on F-Secure Anti-Virus 4?

1. Open Windows Explorer (Start/Programs/Windows Explorer).

2. On the left side of Windows Explorer find the folder where you have installed F-Secure Anti-Virus (usually C:\Program files\Data Fellows\F-Secure\Anti-Virus).

3. From View menu select detailes.

4. On the right side of Windows Explorer you can see all the files in the Anti-Virus folder. Check the "Modified" dates of the following files (see the images below):

• AVP.SET
• FSMACRO.DEF
• SIGN.DEF
• SIGN2.DEF

The dates indicate when F-Secure Anti-Virus was updated last. To check if your databases are up to date, please see the date of the Latest Definition Updates on the database update page.
